Charapak Integrated Fulfilment (CIF) were proud to be chosen to be the sole fulfilment partner to the ‘Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red’ project, hosted at the Tower of London and created by Derbyshire based ceramic artist, Paul Cummins MBE.

CIF were entrusted to clean and quality check all 888,246 of the highly fragile ceramic poppies before they were packaged and sent on to their final destination through our courier partner; with orders spanning across the UK and worldwide.

We at CIF were honoured to be involved with such a prestigious and unique display that captured the hearts of all who saw it, whether that be through the masses of media coverage or the millions of individuals who visited in person. This was an award winning project of unprecedented scale; managing to generate millions of pounds that were spread across 6 service charities as well as raising the awareness for all the good work that they do.

My Poppy is Broken (Domestic)

Sorry to hear your Poppy is broken. Before we are able to organise for a replacement to be sent out, your broken Poppy must be returned along with all the contents from the box using the 5 step process below. Once this Poppy has be returned a replacement can be sent out.

Collect+ is a convenient way to return your Poppy at over 5,800 local stores, open from early until late, 7 days a week. You will receive a returns receipt with an online tracking code, so that you can follow your parcel's progress back to us.

To arrange your Collect+ return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to and follow the instructions to download a returns label and find a Collect+ store.
  2. Write your name and reference number on a piece of paper inside of the box. Please make sure that all of the content* is returned and the box is sealed
  3. Securely attach the label to your parcel ensuring that the barcode is clearly visible and that any other delivery or returns labels have been covered.
  4. Drop off your parcel at any local store offering the Collect+ service.  You can find your local store at

Once this item has been returned we will be able to process a replacement.
